Ingredients Needed:
- Quinoa: 2 cup
- Cucumber: 1 medium size
- Pepper: 4 nos
- Green Chili: 1
- Cumin Seed: 1tsp
- Curd: 3 tbsp (optional)
- Salt as needed
Instruction:
Serving Size: 2, Preparation time: 15 mins.
Step 1: Take 2 cups of quinoa. |
Step 2: Wash quinoa with water for two times and soak for three hours. |
Step 3: Take medium size cucumber and chopped into fine pieces. |
Step 4: In a mixer jar add soaked quinoa without water. |
Step 5: Add fine chopped cucumber. |
Step 6: Add green chili and pepper. |
Step 7: Add Cumin seeds. |
Step 8: Grind all ingredients into a fine paste by adding small amount of water. |
Step 9: Transfer into a bowl and add salt. |
