- Rice: 1 cup
- Curd: 1 cup
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Dried red chili: 2
- Green chili - 2
- Curry leaves as needed
- Small onion :1 hand
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Salt as needed
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Cucumber - 1 nos
- Green Mango Pieces
Instruction:
- Cook rice or use leftover rice, add water and soak overnight.
- Next day morning crushed the rice in hand and drain the water in another cup.
- Add buttermilk(moru) to the drained water and add salt as needed.

- Next in rice, add curd mixed it well in hand and add the buttermilk, cucumber and mango pieces and mix it well.

- Another side in a seasoning pan, add oil when oil gets heated, add mustard seeds, dried chili, curry leaves and asafoetida and saute it, After then add this seasoning with rice and serve. Eat this cold rice in the afternoon is very good for summer.
