Tomato Chutney |
Ingredients Needed:
- Tomato medium size: 3 Nos
- Garlic: 2 to 3 Nos
- Ginger as needed
- Small Onion: 5 Nos
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil: 3 tbsp
- Ural dal: 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
- Green Chili or Chili powder(1 tbsp): 2 Nos
- Black Pepper: 5 Nos
- Coriander Leaves as needed
- Salt as needed
Instruction:
- In a mixer jar, add tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, black pepper and green chili and make a fine paste.
- In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, Cumin Seeds and urad dal after mustard seeds get pop, add curry leaves, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
- A Few second later, add paste, salt for your taste and cook until oil comes out.
- Finally, add coriander leaves and serve it.
