Potato Fry

Potato Fry in pan is one of the simplest ways to cook. Great taste using less ingredients and delicious side dish to make for variety rice. This is the super quick method to cook this delicious Potato fry with less oil. Peel out potato skins and cut into equal cubes. Using small cubes will helps potato fry to fully cooked in a less minutes. Using chili powder and salt may vary depends on your own taste. Optionally, you can use the garlic powder instead mashed garlic.

Ingredients:

Potatoes: 1 large size
Garlic : 2 Mashed
Oil: 2 Tbsp (any cooking oil)
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a nonstick pan.
Step 2: Add in mashed garlic and saute it to get nice aroma.
Step 3: Add in small cubes of potatoes and saute until it turns light brown.
Step 4: Add chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder with salt and saute it for 3 to 5 mins.
