Immune Boost Smoothie



Immune Boost Smoothie Recipe will gives you the immunity boost. Unlike other most vegetable smoothie this one is taste good. This will helps to get rid from stress and maintain quality sleep. Adding coconut oil to the smoothie helps our body to absorb the soluble vitamins. Coconut oil is of the energizing fat with natural antimicrobial properties making it good for our immune system.

Time required: 10 mins

Ingredients Needed:
Apple : 1
Banana: 1/2
Lemon : 1
Spinach Leaves: 1 cup or (kale leaves,parsley, 1 celery stalk)
Fresh Ginger: 1 inch
Coconut Water: 1 cups
Ice cubes: 1 cup
Coconut oil: 1 spoon(optional)

Method:
In a blender Bring all the ingredients the apple, banana, lemon juice, Spinach, fresh ginger, coconut water and ice. Blend on high speed for several minutes until smooth.
